Going to an Art Academy – My Experience

Posted by on Mar 18, 2017 in Opinion, Uncategorized | 2 comments

Hey guys – as many of you know in January I started at the Swedish Academy of Realist Art. It is a private school located in the artistic Osterlen town of Simrishamn run by Hans-Peter Szameit and Sanna Tomac. I will admit, it was such a whirlwind getting accepted into the school only weeks before term started – I walked in on the first day a blank canvas, not sure what to expect.     So, I thought I would share with you my experience so far – going on 3 months at the school! I went in with prior artistic experience, I had been completely self taught but working...

“The Four Horsemen” – Large Apocalyptic painting complete!

Hey everyone! Today I get to share with you a commissioned painting which I started late in the summer last year. It is a very large oil painting on linen and was inspired by an old interest/theme, which I actually originally worked on in 2013! The Four Horsemen… awesome 😉 Even more awesome when all 4 are women! This time I got to paint them all together on one canvas – hope you like them!       I love painting on linen. I don’t think I have ever painted on anything that suits me more – and this was the first time I got to paint so large on this type of...

Posted by on Jan 6, 2016 in Uncategorized | 0 comments

Okay, I know this painting is in no way new. In fact I originally started the project way back in the spring of 2014! It was a gift for my husband, who loves ancient alien theories (well so do I, but he has really studied and engaged in the topic) and really wanted a painting from me for our home. That being said, the moment I was done with her she was whisked away and put in a frame and hung, lovingly, in our bedroom. I never had the chance to properly photograph her or even varnish her…. until today! So may I officially present my painting of an anunnaki… “The 12th...

“The Harvest” – Illuminati Painting

Hey guys! Now we are on to the 7th painting from my solo show “What’s Bred in the Bone”. This was the next to last painting I completed and it actually was based on a forum thread which was probably…. 70 – 100 pages long 😛 all about the true intent of the Illuminati, Free Masons, aliens on earth, reincarnation and yes… the start of life and how in truth we never really die. We go in through cycles, bound here on earth, “playing the game” on this 3rd density planet.     Now, condensing all that I read in that thread and how fascinating...

Posted by on Sep 27, 2013 in Uncategorized | 6 comments

My newest painting “You Know Her Name” is complete and on her way to the Say Hi to the Bad Guy show at Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles! The show opens on October 18th and is sure to be quite a fun event, I have read only the best about their opening shows – but get there early! ^^ I got to paint Carrie as my cult movie bad guy – actually based after the new remake of the movie, with the star being Chloe Mortez! She’s in a white embellished frame, the original painting being approx. 16 x 16 inches and the frame adds an approx. 2 inches on top of that. She is...
